AUSTRALIAN CITIZENS AND PERMANENT RESIDENTS ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma of Business: Successful completion of Year 12 OR equivalent schooling, such as a Certificate IV
  • Bachelor of Business: Successful completion of Year 12 OR equivalent (Minimum ATAR of 55 or equivalent)

Graduate Certificate in Accounting • An Australian Bachelor degree (or equivalent); OR
• A Diploma (or equivalent) plus evidence of a minimum of two years relevant industry experience
Master of Accounting• An Australian Bachelor degree (or equivalent); OR
• Advanced Diploma/Associate Degree (or equivalent)
Master of Professional Accounting• An Australian Bachelor degree (or equivalent)
• Advanced Diploma/Associate Degree (or equivalent) plus evidence of a minimum of two years relevant industry experience
Graduate Certificate in Business Administration • An Australian Bachelor degree (or equivalent); OR
• A Diploma (or equivalent) plus evidence of a minimum of two years' relevant industry experience
Graduate Diploma of Business Administration
Master of Business Administration
• An Australian Bachelor degree (or equivalent); OR
• Advanced Diploma/Associate Degree (or equivalent) plus evidence of a minimum of two years relevant industry experience

MATURE AGE STUDENTS

Students 21 years of age and over may apply for mature age entry. School results, TAFE or VET qualifications, work experience and other informal study may be accepted in support of your application.

MINIMUM AGE

The minimum age for entry into a Kaplan Business School course is 18 years.

FEE-HELP

FEE-HELP is a loan given to eligible full-fee paying students, that you only need to begin to pay off once your income reaches the minimum threshold.

CAREERS CENTRAL AND ACADEMIC SUCCESS CENTRE

Careers Central offers access to world-class career services, including workshops and professional talks by industry leaders. Through our industry partners we also have an actively updated job board where we encourage students to seek out and apply for internship and even paid opportunities to develop work experience. We’ve successfully placed students.

The Academic Success Centre gives you access to private, one-on-one consultations with your very own mentor to assist with any difficulties you may come across during your studies.

MATURE AGE

Mature Age Entry pathway is open to anyone over the age of 21 who wish to resume their education. Whether it’s to upskill, become professionally certified or switch careers, Kaplan Business School is here to support you with your goals.

HIGH SCHOOL LEAVER

If you have recently completed high school, or are close to finishing – Kaplan Business School can help simplify and speed up your entry into higher education!

ACCA is one of the leading global accountancy bodies in Australia & New Zealand with more than 5,500 students and members. While CPA Australia is one of the world’s largest accounting bodies with a global membership of more than 150,000 members.

RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) allows you to apply for unit exemptions if you can prove you have already studied a subject with the same (or very similar) course material.

CROSS INSTITUTIONAL

Kaplan Business School’s Cross-Institutional Study Program allows you to study a subject with us and still receive the same degree from the institution you are currently enrolled in.
