Here we provide answers to your frequently asked questions about applying to study at Kaplan Business School.

If I am under 18, can I apply for a course?

The minimum age for entrance into undergraduate courses is 18. If you are under 18 at the time of your application, you can still submit your application.

Can I submit my application anytime?

You should apply by the trimester application closing date. For more information on closing dates, visit the Important Dates page.

If I am unsure whether I meet all entry requirements, can I submit my application?

You can submit your application. Every application we receive is assessed by the Admissions office and we provide you with feedback based on your individual circumstances.

Do I need to apply via an agent? (International Students Only)

You can apply direct to Kaplan Business School. If you need help with your application, you may apply through one of our agents. To find agents near you, visit the Find An Agent page.

Who can certify my documents?

Your documents must be certified by a Kaplan Business School representative or authorised education agent, a Public Notary or a Justice of the Peace in Australia. For further information on certification of documents, please refer to the KBS Verifying Student Qualifications Policy.

Can I access FEE-HELP? (Domestic Students Only)

Eligible students can access FEE-HELP. If FEE-HELP is required, you can indicate this by ticking FEE-HELP as the preferred payment method in the Tuition Payment Options section of the Acceptance of Offer form. You will then be sent an electronic FEE-HELP form to complete. For further information on FEE-HELP, visit

Can I choose my payment method?

Information about fees payable will be outlined in your Offer of Admission. Your fees can be paid by bank transfer or credit card. When making a payment, please ensure you use the details listed in your Offer of Admission as they are unique to you and your enrolment. It is your responsibility to keep a copy of all tuition and non-tuition payment receipts.

Can I pay before I meet the conditions specified in my Offer of Admission?

When do I need to provide conditional documents specified in my Offer of Admission?

If you have a Conditional Offer of Admission, you need to satisfy all conditions prior to commencing your course. You cannot enrol unless you have met all terms of conditions as stated in your offer.
