Library and Academic Support - FAQ

Q: Do we have a Kaplan Library?

A: Yes we do, and it is available online 24/7 for you. The Kaplan Library is your partner in learning, teaching and research activities. The Library offers a huge range of resources including, but not limited to journal articles, eBooks, reports, videos and databases.

The library is far more than just a place full of eBooks—although we do have millions of digital resources for you to explore, our diverse staff are skilled in the areas of digital literacy, research support, innovation and much more and provide you guidance through 1:1 appointments, workshops, emails (library@kaplan.edu.au) or the Ask-a-Librarian option; everything is built to set you on the path to success.

Q: How do I access the Kaplan Library?

A: The Kaplan Library is accessible via MyKBS or here.

All students are required to login into the Library prior to use. This will ensure that you can make the most of your researching experience meanwhile protecting your privacy.

2. Select ‘Kaplan Business School Student’ option, use the same login and password from MyKBS, and follow the prompt.

3. New users will need to review EBSCO Personal Data Collection and Usage form.

a. Select 'Yes' to enable the library's personalised features. This will allow you to save content and citations into custom folders, save preferences, and generally personalise your research experience.

b. If you select 'No' you can continue to find and use Library content, but you will not be able to customise your experience or retrieve your search history.

Please remember that your Kaplan Library login details are the same from your MyKBS details. If you encounter any issues, please contact the Kaplan Library Team at library@kaplan.edu.au
