Update: Monday, 29 March
The Brisbane campus will be closing today (Monday 29 March) from 1pm due to the Greater Brisbane Lockdown. The campus will be closed from today 1pm up to and including Thursday 1 April. We will reassess the situation on Monday and provide you with any further updates.
Our Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Perth campuses are currently open.
We’re closely monitoring the situation in all states and will continue to follow all state and federal guidelines if there are any outbreaks.
Please note that on-campus we have implemented a number of health and safety measures to ensure the safety of our community. It is vital we follow social distancing rules and hygiene practices in all our spaces, including strict maximum capacities allowed within our classrooms and on entire floors.
Whether you are studying online or on-campus, all students will still be able to visit their local campus to access computer labs, Wi-Fi and quiet spaces. They will also be able to consult with our student support staff such as our Student Experience Officers, Career Advisors, Student Counsellors, and our Academic Success Centre learning advisors.
Trimester 1 subject enrolments are now open. Due to the ongoing social distancing rules imposed by state and federal governments in response to COVID-19, we will be continuing to deliver a mix of on-campus and online classes in Trimester 1. Despite the situation with COVID-19 slowly improving in Australia, we understand that many of our students are continuing to face financial hardship. Please reach out to your local Student Experience team as early as possible to discuss your situation.
Travel Ban update: From 11:59pm AEST on Saturday 28 March 2020, all travellers arriving in Australia via air or seaports must undergo 14 days of isolation in the city of their arrival. The Australian Government will provide accommodation for the quarantine period. Please inform us if this situation is applicable to you.
