Kaplan Business School recognised at the 2026 IEAA Excellence Awards

Kaplan Business School (KBS) has received a High Commendation in the Best Practice in International Education category at the 2026 International Education Association of Australia (IEAA) Excellence Awards, recognising its innovative Student Voice Week initiative. 

Announced at the 40th Australian International Education Conference (AIEC) in Sydney, the award celebrates KBS' commitment to enhancing the student experience through meaningful engagement and continuous improvement. 

Launched across all six campuses, Student Voice Week transformed KBS' approach to student feedback, moving beyond simply collecting opinions to genuinely partnering with students to improve their educational experience. The initiative achieved the highest student participation rate in over a decade, while introducing a more transparent and responsive approach to turning feedback into meaningful improvements. This national recognition reflects KBS' commitment to ensuring students are not only heard but can see the tangible impact of their voice in shaping their educational experience.
