Martin teaches human resources and management on the bachelor of business degree. He has extensive corporate experience in human resources and finance having held positions at Vodafone, Westfield, Burger King, Air New Zealand and Allied Domecq. He now runs his own human resources and executive coaching company - Executive On-boarding Australia.

Martin has a bachelors and masters degree in economics from the University of York (UK) and is a qualified accountant with memberships in CPA (Australia) and CIMA (UK).

He is also a qualified counsellor and executive coach with post graduate qualifications from the Australian College of Applied Psychology and the Australian Graduate School of Management.
