Students must pay their tuition fees directly to the School in accordance with the terms set out below.

Fees payable are calculated from the first trimester of enrolment and based on your enrolment details at the time your Letter of Offer is processed.

Fees may vary from those stated on your Letter of Offer should you for any reason extend the length of time you are enrolled at Kaplan Business School and may be subject to increase.

All fees are payable to Kaplan Business School and all tuition fees are paid in advance each trimester.

The first academic fees payable are equal to the first trimester's tuition fee. To secure your place in the program, a deposit must be received on acceptance of the offer. The balance must be paid by the commencement of the trimester.

Ongoing trimester tuition fees are payable on the commencement of each trimester when selecting subjects for enrolment. All tuition fees are payable unless the student withdraws prior to the commencement of the course, in accordance to the refund policy.

It is the responsibility of the student to purchase education materials and personal items including: textbooks, stationery, photocopying, printing, postage, telephone calls, computer supplies, calculator and study implements.

Any refund is made in accordance with the refund policy.

Late payment – A fee of AUD $250 applies for unpaid accounts 30 days after the date the payment was due.

Non payment – Failure to pay the trimester course fees will result in the following:

• access to the online learning sites will be removed
• access to facilities such as class rooms, computer labs and resource centres will be removed
• continued non-payment of fees may result in the cancellation of the program enrolment

Any outstanding debts on completion of studies will result in:

• withholding of academic results and;
• students will not be permitted to graduate from the program
