HAT304 Emerging Issues in Hospitality and Tourism This subject provides students with a comprehensive overview of the various contemporary topics and issues impacting the hospitality and tourism sectors. In this subject, students will practice identifying and analysing industry-specific problems by exploring innovative solutions that promote change in the current business practices of hospitality and tourism businesses. In addition, students will undertake a detailed systematic examination of some of these issues through self-directed learning and be then able to report their findings to a professional audience.
