This subject aims to develop students’ ability to understand fundamental principles and concepts of project management. Students will learn the project lifecycle and the practical skills to initiate, execute, monitor and complete successful projects properly. The socio-cultural and ethical dimensions of project management will also be explored in this subject to further develop students’ understanding of leadership and communication in a multi-skilled team environment.
