This subject aims to develop students’ ability to understand project management’s fundamental principles and concepts by focusing on the Project Life Cycle. Students will learn the practical skills to initiate, execute, monitor and complete successful projects properly. The socio-cultural and ethical dimensions of project management will also be explored in this subject to further develop students’ understanding of leadership and communication in a multi-skilled team environment.
