TEC106 IT Project Management This subject teaches students the fundamental project management principles and practices in the effective delivery of IT services, processes, and systems within organisations. Students are therefore taught how to adopt the mindset of a project manager so that appropriate project plans are prepared to ensure on-time and on-budget outcomes. This learning is crystallised via a case study from the Australian business community.
