MBA672 Data-driven Design Thinking This subject will teach students to drive creative problem-solving by integrating design thinking with analytics capability. Students are first introduced to the design thinking process of knowing their customer, defining their needs and problems and creating, prototyping and testing a solution or innovation. Students are then equipped with analytics techniques and technologies to inform each step of the process. Students will learn how to create and manage diverse, collaborative teams and encourage them to champion data-driven design thinking. Finally, students will reflect on how creative data solutions and innovations are constrained by data ethics and security principles.
