This subject explores the ethical, regulatory and risk-based challenges of using GenAI in business. Students will develop frameworks to ensure the responsible and secure use of AI tools within organisational and societal contexts. Through business scenarios, students will examine GenAI risks, limitations and governance requirements, including issues such as fairness, transparency, privacy, bias, security and compliance. Students will be supported to evaluate organisational responses to these challenges and propose practical governance approaches for responsible GenAI adoption.
