FINM4000 Finance This subject provides students with an understanding of the concepts and principles of corporate finance. Topics covered in the subject include working capital management, the time value of money, risk return analysis, bond and share valuation, capital budgeting, capital structure and dividend policy. Students will gain an understanding of the role of finance in an organisation and the methods used to maximise firm value through investment, financing and dividend decisions. Students will apply finance theory and analysis to real-world scenarios in corporate finance.
