The capstone subject integrates and consolidates prior learning. Taking an executive-level approach to developing the strategic capabilities required of business leaders, this subject focuses on building competencies and knowledge across a wide range of business disciplines and functions. Drawing on the knowledge from core, elective and specialist subjects, students will refocus their understanding of these topics to be ready to implement them in real-world situations. Using interactive discussions, case study analysis, assessments and various classroom activities, students will develop the capabilities required of a modern business leader. This subject further promotes independent research and self-reflective learning to provide readiness for a role as an effective business manager and strategist.
