This subject asks students to complete a real-world project case study to take them through the different phases of project planning, elaboration and execution. Students will be required to advise on assessing project viability, to source and coordinate resources for the project, to identify and plan for project risks and to organise adequate financing for the project. Management, Accounting and Finance theories will be relevant to completing the real-world case study and will include students tackling problems related to task allocations, feasibility, financial NPV sensitivity, scenario analysis, modelling and project budgets.
