This subject explores the key skills and knowledge required to manage organisational projects on an ongoing basis. Students will learn the critical project steps after receiving approval to commence the project, including the key actions necessary for project success. Students will develop an understanding of major factors that could positively or negatively influence the management project right up to its completion or termination.
