WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

To start-off with, a good mood and a big smile! Of course, there are some other important documents you might need to bring along on the day:

Your ‘Offer of Admission’

If you have a ‘Conditional Offer of Admission’, you’ll need to bring evidence (e.g. your transcript) to show that you meet the conditions listed on your offer letter before enrolling in your subjects.

Your Academic Transcript

If you wish to apply for credit from previous learning (RPL), you’ll need to bring your academic transcript. For further information, please click here.

Your Passport

Please bring your passport with you, no matter if you are a domestic student or an International student.

Your Visa

If you are an international student, you will have to bring a copy of your visa with you.

We look forward to welcoming you to the KBS family!

VISAS, EVIDENCE OF FUNDS & HEALTH COVER

Student Visa Living Costs and Evidence of Funds

International students are required to demonstrate and/or declare that they have genuine access to sufficient funds to be granted a Student visa. Applicants may have to demonstrate sufficient funds to cover these expenses for the first one or two years in Australia, depending on their assessment level.

This helps to ensure students are better able to make the most of their studies and have a safe and enjoyable experience in Australia. Funds should be sufficient to contribute to the cost of travel, tuition, school costs of any dependents, and living costs.

Overseas Student Health Cover

For international students it is a condition of an Australian student visa that students obtain Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC). Please refer to the OSHC Assistance website for information on prices.

Kaplan Business School campuses are centrally located within capital cities with plenty of good health centres and hospitals with medical practitioners nearby.

Kaplan Business School will ensure that students are directed to one of these clinics if the need arises.
