Securing your place in the course of your choice at Kaplan Business School is simple, just follow these 5 easy steps.
Step 1
Apply online or download and complete the Application Form (pdf).
If you are requesting recognition for previous study, please complete an Application for Recognition of Prior Learning Form (pdf) and submit along with your completed application.
Step 2
Send certified copies of the following documents to the Kaplan Business School campus at the address below.
- School results
- Work experience details (if applicable)
- Birth certificate
Please note that these documents must be certified copies and as such must be stamped and signed by a Public Notary (or a Justice of the Peace in Australia).

Step 3
Receive and read your Letter of Offer and Request for FEE-HELP Assistance Form if you are eligible. Please note Kaplan Business School will notify you after receiving your application whether you have been accepted or not. You will only receive a Letter of Offer if you have been accepted.
Step 4
Once you have received and read your Letter of Offer, contact the campus you wish to attend to finalise your study plan and enrolment.
Step 5
If you are an Australian Citizen or Permanent Humanitarian Visa Holder, you will need to submit your completed FEE-HELP request form along with the signed Acceptance of Offer form. Alternatively you can choose to pay the fees yourself as specified in the Letter of Offer.
