Rowan is undertaking an LLM at the University of Adelaide, he has undertaken doctoral research and published two papers. A lawyer, and previously a law firm partner and government representative, his teaching interests are in law, economics and finance. He has taught these topics at KBS and further afield, at the University of Adelaide, Flinders University and Carnegie Mellon University.
