Sue recently came to Kaplan Business School from NCELTR (The National Centre for English Language Teaching and Research) where she managed the centre for many years. Sue has significant leadership qualities in the area of ESL, communication and cultural studies and has joined the Kaplan Business School team as our Director - English and Intercultural Programs. A particular interest of Sue is intercultural skills and differences and how to develop cultural awareness and skills in both staff and students, particularly international students. Sue provides valuable expertise across the campuses nationally in these areas facilitating the innovative embedded skills program throughout the KBS courses, and providing professional development in the area of intercultural awareness for our staff nationally.
