George Kahwati

George Kahwati has perhaps the most colourful and interesting history of all the teaching staff at KBS coming as he does with a background ranging from managing a family business in Khartoum, Sudan in 1962 through to working for Microsoft Corporation and running his own businesses in the mid 1970’s and then on to becoming a teacher trainer in computing systems and accounting software at various TAFE and other colleges and institutes including Macquarie University from the late 1980’s onwards. George provides training for students at Kaplan Business School in the areas of MYOB and Excel. His teaching is particularly valuable because he brings to the classroom such a rich experience in terms of real business applications of the software that he teaches.
George’s credentials are many and varied and include qualifications in various aspects of Computing and Computer Aided Design and in Real Estate.
