Dr. Walter Dolan has been a university lecturer for more than 12 years having worked at institutions such as RMIT, and University of Queensland. He has also been the Chief Financial Officer for several corporations and worked as a consultant. Dr. Dolan lectures at other universities such as University of Melbourne, Swinburne and  James Cook University.
