International students must pay their tuition fees directly to the School in accordance with the terms set out below.
Fees payable are calculated from the first semester of enrolment and based on your enrolment details at the time your Letter of Offer is processed.
Fees will vary from those stated on your Letter of Offer should you for any reason extend the length of time you are enrolled at Kaplan Business School and may be subject to increase.
All fees are payable to Kaplan Business School.
All tuition fees are paid in advance each trimester.
First instalment is equal to the first trimester's tuition fee, payable on acceptance of the offer.
Tuition fees are payable in separate trimester instalments depending on the length of the course. All instalments are payable unless the student withdraws prior to the commencement of the course.
Second instalment is the second trimester's tuition fee, payable 30 days prior to the date of commencement of the second trimester. Subsequent trimester instalments are paid in the same manner.
It is the responsibility of the student to purchase education materials and personal items including: textbooks, stationary, photocopying, printing, postage, telephone calls, computer supplies, calculator and study implements. Students have electronic access to journal databases, over 8,000 electronic publications, newspaper articles, unit guides, interactive online tutorials, virtual reference information, statistics and company reports.
Students studying part-time must pay fees for all unit(s) of study they are enrolled in for that trimester. Fees are due 30 days prior to the commencement of each trimester.
The student or the student’s family agrees to pay the annual tuition fee and additional charges in accordance with the payment terms set out in the Fee Schedule. Any refund is made in accordance with the refund policy.
Late payment - A fee of AUD$100 applies for unpaid accounts 30 days after the date the payment was due.
Students are responsible for the payment of costs associated with required educational materials such as textbooks, equipment and personal items such as stationery.
