Kaplan Business School Australia

Direct Payment Schedule

Domestic students may choose to pay their tuition fees directly to the School or take advantage of the Commonwealth Government's FEE Help scheme.

Fees payable are calculated from the first trimester of enrolment and based on the student's enrolment details at the time their Letter of Offer is processed.

Fees will vary from those stated on the Letter of Offer should the student for any reason extend the length of time they are enrolled at Kaplan Business School and may be subject to increase.

All fees are payable to Kaplan Business School.

All tuition fees are paid in advance each trimester. First instalment is equal to the first trimester's tuition fee, payable on acceptance of the offer. Tuition fees are payable in separate trimester instalments depending on the length of the
course. All instalments are payable unless the student withdraws prior to the commencement of the course.
Second instalment is the second trimester's tuition fee, payable 30 days prior to the date of commencement of the second trimester. Subsequent trimester instalments are paid in the same manner.

It is the responsibility of the student to purchase education materials and personal items including: textbooks, stationery, photocopying, printing, postage, telephone calls, computer supplies, calculator and study implements. Students have electronic access to journal databases, over 8,000 electronic publications, newspaper articles, unit guides, interactive online tutorials, virtual reference information, statistics and company reports.

Students studying part-time must pay fees for all unit(s) of study they are enrolled in for that trimester. Fees are due 30 days prior to the commencement of each trimester.
