Unfortunately, student safety is a concern in every major city around the world and therefore this is a reminder to all students to take adequate measures to ensure their own safety and that of their friends or family members.

At Kaplan Business School, the welfare of our students is of the utmost importance. We have a dedicated Student Services Manager at each campus whose primary role is to ensure that students are comfortable and safe during their time at the School. Students are able to contact the Student Services Manager 24 hours a day and are given the phone number to call during orientation. Part of the student services role is also to assist international students in finding appropriate accommodation. For peace of mind, students may wish to investigate the crime statistics in the area they wish to live.

In addition to the Student Services Manager, the College Director is also always available to provide advice regarding any safety concerns. Current students, along with anyone looking to study with Kaplan Business School who may feel worried about their safety, are invited to contact the School directly for advice.

In general, Kaplan Business School would like to remind students to always take care of themselves and their friends when out in the city, particularly after dark. It is advised that students always pay attention to their surroundings and avoid situations that may put them in danger, such as back streets, alley ways, places of high alcohol consumption and catching public transport alone.
